As you know, we took our tricks today, which were the same as always, such as what would be 360, 540, double 360, scorpion, etc., but today there was something we took out to the latter.
And I am happy because it is something that, obviously, I have wanted, which would be scorpion with 540. 540 I do not have it very well, but I have it, which is very important.
And well, friends, here I am bringing what an explanation would be and, apart, I will bring you a photo to see how it was this afternoon.
Also, after we arrived, we did what Front Lever would be, which would be to one leg, which we retained were 10 seconds more, but I will continue trying to one leg until it endures the 15 seconds.
And well, friend, as you know, I am preparing for what would be both dynamic, as you know, I am also doing front lever, because it is something that I have also wanted to have, and it is a static that I would like to dominate.
As you know, the dual comes and I am preparing for that, both dynamic and static. Although, static, I have what would be a back lever and a back lever to one hand.
And well, friends of the community, that has been everything. I hope you liked my publication. Thanks for reading it. We will also see each other tomorrow for a publication of basics and, well, with no further ado, good night 🫂🫂🫂
