Cuando comencé a sacar mis primeros hefestos me salían con una técnica un poco forzosa, pero al pasar el tiempo e podido lograr obtener más dominio en este excelente ejercicio anhelado por muchos atletas en el Streetworkout.🔥❤🍃

Me llena de mucha alegría poder tener los hefestos mejorados y con buena técnica. Gracias a eso e podido lograr el hefesto a un brazo asistido el cual es un movimiento que apenas estoy puliendo poco a poco, pero pronto lo podré tener muy bien ejecutado y con bonita técnica. ❤🔥📈
It fills me with great joy to be able to have the hefestos improved and with good technique.
