Things That Go Lump in the Night
When on a trip to Aussie
Many moons ago
When young 
Were still in passions throes
They'd come to visit Debs mother
Who lived in Parramatta
All was going well
And there was laughs and chatter
Was in the middle of winter
They had a big air bed
Keeping warm was a problem
But being heard was their dread
Upon awakening in the morning
An issue they couldn't dismiss😏
"Mother dear it would appear
That something has gone amiss"
Mothers eye shot open 😨
My god what's happened here
She didn't really need to ask
To her it was very clear
The air bed was a right off
Seams popped every square meter
"But mother dear it wasn't us
It was in fact the heater"
"Oh sure it was" said mother
Eyes rolling, pursed lips
Sift just kept on grinning 😊
At least there weren't any rips!!
