Today I would like to take you once again into the world of mushrooms. Autumn has now officially begun. With temperatures still quite pleasant and a fair amount of rain, there's really nothing to stop us having a fantastic autumn of mushrooms. And what can I say, the first forays into the forest have not only yielded porcini mushrooms. The variety of species is steadily increasing. I would therefore like to use this post to give you a brief overview of some of the species I have already found this autumn.

ich w眉rde Euch heute gerne noch einmal in die Welt der Pilze entf眉hren. Der Herbst hat nun offiziell begonnen. Bei durchaus noch angenehmen Temperaturen und ordentlichen Regenmengen steht einem famosen Pilzherbst eigentlich nichts entgegen. Und was soll ich sagen, die ersten Ausfl眉ge in den Wald haben nicht nur Steinpilzfunde gebracht. Die Artenvielfalt steigt stetig an. Diesen Post m枚chte ich daher nutzen, um einen kleinen 脺berblick 眉ber einige Arten, die ich schon finden konnte, zu zeigen.
The cauliflower mushroom is a very tasty mushroom. A mushroom that basically cannot be confused with any other species. It is therefore a perfect mushroom for beginners. And it also makes a beautiful photo subject. You have to be extremely off the mark to confuse the edible curly hen with an inedible coral-like mushroom (below).

Die Krause Glucke ist ein sehr schmackhafter Pilz. Ein Pilz, den man im Grunde mit keiner anderen Art verwechseln kann. Daher ist das ein perfekter Anf盲ngerpilz. Und ein sch枚nes Fotomotiv ist er auch noch. Man mu脽 schon extrem daneben sein, um die essbare Krause Glucke mit einer ungenie脽baren Koralle (unten) zu verwechseln.
The birch bolete (younger specimens than the ones I photographed) is also edible. This mushroom grows around the corner from us in a meadow with birch trees in the immediate vicinity. This connection is essential for the birch bolete.

Essbar ist auch der Birkenpilz. Dieser R枚hrling w盲chst bei uns um die Ecke auf einer Wiese, mit Birken in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Diese Verbindung ist f眉r den Birkenpilz essentiell.

The lurid bolete is also edible. It is often riddled with maggots. This specimen, however, was in perfect condition. I found it in front of my daughter's elementary school.

Auch der Netzstielige Hexenr枚hrling ist essbar. Oft ist er mit Maden durchsetzt. Dieses Exemplar war aber in bester Verfassung. Gefunden habe ich ihn vor der Grundschule meiner Tochter.
A few days ago, there were also lots of fruiting bodies of the potentially deadly poisonous panther cap in the immediate vicinity of the school. It looks a bit like a brown fly agaric. However, it is much more poisonous than a fly agaric (poisonous), which some consider to be a medicinal mushroom. In general, the dose makes the poison. Hands off the false blusher! ;-)

Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer N盲he der Schule standen vor einigen Tagen ganz viele Fruchtk枚rper des potentiell t枚dlich giftigen Pantherpilzes. Es sieht ein wenig aus wie ein brauner Fliegenpilz. Allerdings ist er wesentlich giftiger als ein Fliegenpilz (giftig), den manche eher als einen Heilpilz einstufen. Generell macht die Dosis das Gift. H盲nde weg vom Pantherpilz! ;-)

Der Steinpilz. Sehr wohlschmeckend und ergiebig.
I once rode my bike in the forest near Stadtprozelten. There is a hillside here with lots of heather, where I often went mushroom hunting with my father when I was young.

Ich war auch mal mit dem Rad im Wald von Stadtprozelten. Hier gibt es einen Berghang mit ganz viel Heidekraut, an dem ich mit meinem Vater in meiner Jugend oft Pilze gesucht habe.

Dort kann man Unmengen an Sandr枚hrlingen finden.
Unfortunately, I can't identify these species. But aren't the fruiting bodies beautiful to look at? ;-)

Diese Arten kann ich leider nicht bestimmen. Aber stehen die Fruchtk枚rper nicht da wie eine 1? ;-)
