Mentalmente siempre me digo ' tengo que avanzar, sea como sea' pero aveces la realidad es otra, el hacer a querer sobrepasa las expectativas, y siempre e querido estar entre los grandes!.
#SWC, hoy traigo un poco de la práctica que tuve de la full y straddle en liga, ahorita andaba retomando esos estáticos, y ya con lo del 360 tengo un post especial 💪🏼.
En verdad ya se me hace más complicado todo, las horas que no ayudan para nada, y que ando en un curso aparte, luego de la SWUB, retome mis quehaceres.
Pero ando manteniendo por menos el rendimiento, y ya pude marcar esa full con liga, de paso que andaba practicando en press un rato pero a straddle.
E humildemente ando trabajando más ese core e hombros aparte, y espero que se vengan más cosas, seguir haciendo lo que me apasiona, a pesar de no estar constante, es algo que no quiero dejar de hacer, un abrazo ❤️.

But I'm maintaining my performance for less, and I was already able to score that full house with a league, by the way I was practicing the press for a while but with a straddle.
And humbly I am working more on that core and shoulders apart, and I hope that more things come, continue doing what I am passionate about, despite not being constant, it is something that I do not want to stop doing, a hug ❤️.
