We are busy harvesting and processing food for winter.
We buy local corn and freeze it.It's easier than fighting the raccoons for it.
My wife Kathy I had been busy canning apple sauce and making apple jelly. We are also going to can some juice .

The fall plantings have been a mixed bag. As I mentioned before the bunnies got my green beans . I have a few peas coming up but they are not far enough along to make it before the real cold hits . Cilantro is looking good Onions are looking great . Garlic has started coming up. But no lettuce? Not sure if the bunnies got it or what .
Squash is running late but we will have some . Pumpkins the same.
