Hello friends of #hive and SWC, I bring you my report from today, in which I did a quick pull-up routine together with a friend, after finishing classes at the university.
The routine consisted of different variations of pull-ups in which we focused mainly on the technique in order to improve the execution in each repetition and thus give greater stimulation to the back muscles.
