Imagine an architect
Is it a man?
Chances are that you're biased - this could be unconscious - and that's because you are wired to think a certain way based on the society you were nurtured in.
To achieve gender diversity, you need to confront and question your biases. Only then, can we have a world where gender makes no difference.
