It was one fine afternoon when my colleagues decided to drop by to this one of the must-visit spots here in the Northern part of Cebu, The Sea Turtle Lagoon Resort which is located in Tabogon. We have the chance to be here because we were the examiners during the National Achievement Test held in one of the schools in Tabogon. It's good that one of our co-examiners has his car so it's possible for us to get there.
We're here...
We were in awe as we were about to get inside the resort because of its very enticing view outside. The very pleasant surrounding attracts the visitors more to head inside. So, common let's go tara!
The Beautiful View Inside...
They had different kinds of flowering plants there. It makes it more attractive to look at. The excitement we felt was at the highest level because of the very splendid place we have seen. We were excited to explore more and what this place has to offer.
The overlooking view is pleasing to one's eyes. It is very relaxing. We were thankful that we have the chance to be here even just for a while because we don't want to distress ourselves after the task we were assigned to. We're here for free because one of my companions has very nice public relations. His convincing power was very effective.
There are cottages there wherein you can rent while you are staying in this amazing resort. It's spacious and good for outnumber of visitors. It's worth having a visit here. Perfect to unwind and take a rest after all the hustle and bustle in life.
They were my co-teachers in the private school way back then. And now this gay right here is a school head already. Though we are having the same position right now, the three of us. He ran a particular school wherein he is the teacher in charge there. I am so proud of my bestie!
There's a spot there wherein you can sit and enjoy looking at the panoramic view of the place there. Since this resort is situated on a hill with an overlooking view of the sea and a cool breeze coming from it makes it more fantastic.
This is the preserved sea turtle they have there and is very accessible to all the guests who visited. The story of this according to one of the locals there, is that this very big dead sea turtle was washed away along the shoreline of this resort and they found it and then they preserved it afterward. This resort was named after that sea creature because many will appear in this area and somehow the shallow part of the cliffs will be its breeding grounds.
Indeed, reconnecting with a splendid place like this is the best therapy. Sometimes we have to unwind and find some place for relaxation once in a while. Work is always there, and money can be earned but the time being wasted will not be coming back as what we ought to be. Therefore, we have to spend our time and money wisely. Prioritizing things properly is a must then.
