Noodle shake is one of the culinary archipelago that we can find in various regions including in Aceh. The name of the shake noodle itself comes from the way it is made by dipping and shaking the noodles and bean sprouts into hot water until it appears to wither. Even so, not all food stalls that provide shake noodles using the way of processing in this way.
