Hello, dear actifitters and friends!

This is my last "daily" actifit post

I thank @actifit 🙏 for the opportunity he offered me to get used to writing a post (almost) every day for about a year: it was a good workout under the aspect of physical and mental activity!

I decided to make other commitments, in particular on the study of the science of yoga, so I will devote my utmost attention to this path.

Questo è il mio ultimo post "giornaliero" di actifit

Ringrazio @actifit per l'opportunità che mi ha offerto di abituarmi a scrivere un post (quasi) ogni giorno per circa un anno: è stato un buon allenamento sotto l'aspetto dell'attività fisica e mentale!

Ho deciso di prendermi altri impegni, in particolare sullo studio della scienza dello yoga, quindi dedicherò la mia massima attenzione a questo percorso.
