At 11 am I went to the dentist: you too would have preferred to take a ride on this boat?
🇮🇹 Alle 11 sono andato dal dentista: come me, anche tu avresti preferito farti un giro su questa barca?
The dentistry surgery gave me a bit of indisposition... 😷
🇮🇹 L’intervento odontoiatrico mi ha un po’ indisposto... 😷
🇺🇸The main activity today was to go to the dentist and undergo surgery from 11 to 12 for preparatory in implantology.
After the intervention, I had to apply ice, take antibiotic and pain killers: after the effect of anesthesia, painful began.
Before 9 pm I had very little activity recorded... then, feeling a little better and softened by "my" 🐶 dogs 🐕 🐶, we went out to get some fresh air under the moonlight.
😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 La principale attività odierna è stata andare dal dentista e sottopormi dalle 11 alle 12 a intervento chirurgico propedeutico a implantologia.
Uscito dall’intervento, ho dovuto applicare il ghiaccio, prendere antibiotico e antidolorifici: passato l’effetto dell’anestesia, sono cominciate fitte di dolore piuttosto fastidiose.
Prima delle 21 avevo registrato davvero poca attività... poi, sentendomi un po’ ’ meglio e intenerito dai “miei” 🐶 cani 🐕 🐶, siamo usciti a prendere un po’ d’aria fresca al chiaro di luna.
😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
