Hello Hivers
I hope we all are doing well.
It is the second time I am writing in the community #Wednesdaywalk. As I mentioned before my life is confined and there is nothing very interesting in my surroundings to talk about while going for a walk. However, it cannot limit my walk and write about it because my imaginations are free to fly anywhere they want. Today, I went to explore something very vast. I took a deep breath and started my visit to the land of my brain.

It didn’t take me too long to get access there. Closing my eyes and self-talk was the passport for the place.
At the verge of the land, I found a giant sitting beside the gate. He looked scary. His gaze dreaded me. His eyes were revolving around me as if he was judging me if I was eligible for entering the place or not. I felt if I passed by him, he would reject my entrance. “Is he a watchman here?” I asked myself. I looked at myself for evaluating my looks. Is there something wrong with me, my clothes, my shoes or other accessories? I got confused. It took me some time to collect the courage to go near to him. He was continuously staring at me. He didn’t say a word yet his gaze was enough to shake my confidence. I somehow managed to cross him. He kept his eyes on me. While I went a little forward, I looked back at him and saw his name written on his shirt. It was “Perfectionism”.
I had a bird's-eye view of the land. It was green with streams of water. Looking at the beauty of the land I thought, “There should be tranquility and peace but I can’t sense it here. What’s wrong? What is the reason behind the angst here?”

I started exploring the place more profoundly. There were a lot of buds emerging from plants of creativity, enthusiasm, determination, knowledge and dreams. “Why haven’t they developed into flowers? Why aren’t these plants growing the way they should?” I had thought, and a look in the surroundings gave me the answer. The weeds of fear were all around. They were utilizing the resources that were meant for other useful plants. I could recognize some of them: a weed of being judged, a weed of fulfilling the expected standards, a weed of competition, a weed of being ordinary, a weed of comparison and a weed of under-estimation. There were some others too. I couldn’t recognize what kind they were.
“Who is the owner of this land? Why doesn’t the owner come to cut off these weeds so that this place can flourish more and happiness may reside here” I thought and moved forward to look for the owner. I found a girl sitting alone. There was clear anxiousness and desperation on her face. “Are you the owner?” I asked her. She nodded her head. I sat beside her and told her, “Dear, your land is too fertile but the weeds are destroying it. You should cut them off. If you don’t I fear this beautiful place may destroy.”
She listened to me and painfully pointed towards her feet. “Oh! They are in chains,” I exclaimed at once. “Yeah,” I heard her voice dipped in tears. “I don’t want my fertile land to become barren but….”, a painful sigh I heard. She paused for a while then continued, “I have been trying to free myself yet I am not successful. My land is will destruct but I am not free to save it.”
“Don’t worry. I am sure there will be some way out.” I tried to console her. “Do you know what kind of the lock it is so we can try to unlock it?” I asked her. “Yes I know,” she replied, “it is Others expectations.” I looked at it closely and told her she was wrong. I made her look at the lock carefully. “See, it is self expectations.”
“Maybe you are right,” she replied, “but how can I get rid of it?”
I thought for a while then I was reminded of something. I put my hand in my bag and drew a paper out of it. “This is the letter I was given by @dreemsteem when I visited the Dreemland yesterday.” I extended the letter towards her. She picked up the letter from my hand. I continued speaking, “This letter may help you finding the code for this lock.”
“Listen, I believe you can do it. It is only you who can do it. No one else will do it for you. No one else CAN but only you.” I said goodbye and left her so that she might struggle to unlock her. It is the battle she has to fight alone.
I left the place with a hope when I will return here I would see it flourishing.
