Dinner Date with mom Western Cuisine

_Hi all Tasteems, im Hive account@amanda8250 and I am back on my foods trails again! Apologies that im delayed my post for 1-2 weeks due to my high peak season of working. _

Today im gonna share a restaurant of Western Cuisine that served with most popular with their "Pork Meat" or name as oink oink meat. They marinated the pork meat with special own sauce. Since i had long time did not ate Western cuisine, so im having dinner date dinner with my lovely mom. Let's go for it!

_Creamy pumpkin soup with garlic bread _

Soup taste is creamy, tasty, and garlic bread are crunchies to bite it! You may combined it and serve together too.

Mom order : Mixed Pork Chop which they served with Grilled BBQ pork chop and deep fried pork chop with 3 layers meats!

Served with 2 types of sauce : 1 is Soy Sauce with "Chili Padi", and 1 is BBQ sauce, fresh and cruchy vegetables, and fries.
For Grilled BBQ Pork Chop: They grilled the meat just good in timing, the meats will not hard to chew it.. (Remarks : For Malaysian, we love to eat some spicy foods, some of Malaysian will requested of "Chili Padi" which is call small chili and chopped into small size and mix with soy sauce, for the Grilled BBQ Pork Chop if you combine the "Chili Padi", the taste is totally AWESOME..)
For Deep Fried Pork Meat : The meats are juicy when you first bite about it. Mix with the BBQ sauce is nice.
Fries are fried too long, till some of it are not eat well..

For my side, i had orded Grilled BBQ Lamb Shoulder

Served with Grilled BBQ Lamb shoulder meat, Jacknife sauce, fries and a small bowl of salad.
Lamb shoulder meat are nice to chew, but some of it have the "FATness".
Easy to cut off!
A small bowl of salad is fresh and crunchy. And i like the sauce that they made! Its taste like sweet and sour! Nice!!

Review of Jacknife Bar & Grill:

Menu: easy to read and clear.
Pricing: reasonable.
Atmosphere: nice.
Toilet: clean.
Service: Overall ok, serving foods are fast.
Foods : Pork meats are very much marinated and flavourful and crunchies as well.
For the lamb grill meat, its marinated and grilled well, but, since is Lamb Shoulder, will have SOME of the FATSness.
If you are not eat much of meats, you also can choose for the spagheti and pork salads too! It also a high demand about it.
