This tiara was designed by Christopher Thompson-Royds in 2022 and resembles the gold wreathes worn by Philip of Macedon's family over 2000 years ago.
The focus is on the delicate flowers (70 in all). There is a small diamond in the centre of each flower, but in keeping with the ancient references, the focus is on the gold instead of the diamonds. All the flowers are en tremblant so that they move as the wearer moves.
