Praise be to Allah who has given health and opportunity so today I want to tell you about the spinach harvest. The spinach is too thick and so fertile. some are even small. Today is the first spinach harvest. Spinach leaves look very attractive green without the slightest hole. then I pulled them out one by one choosing a big stem and I also didn't forget to give spinach to my mother-in-law. he was very surprised when he saw it because the leaves were nice and fresh. and he also asks did you spray it....? I answered no. I let this spinach grow naturally for consumption as an additional household menu.
after I pulled out the spinach then I washed the roots so that the soil on the roots was clean. then the spinach leaves are picked by my wife until they run out. Spinach stems are also very good for making vegetables.
because if the spinach we pick is too young, then the vegetables will feel soft and not hardened because of the old plant.
Spinach is one of my family's favorite menus, besides the price is cheap but the quality of its properties is very nutritious for humans.
