Motivation
Este gran día entrené combinaciones dinámicos y de estáticos con mi compañero Jesús Rangel y mi persona hicimos algunas combinaciones de estáticos. Muy buenas me gusto mucho entrenar con él por el hecho que teníamos tiempo si entrenar juntos, ya que él es de Apure y yo estoy aquí en Maracay, fue un increíble día, puesto que hicimos muchas combinaciones de dinámicos y luego nos pusimos a ejecutar distintos estáticos.
This great day I trained dynamic and static combinations with my partner Jesus Rangel and I did some static combinations. I really enjoyed training with him because we had time to train together, since he is from Apure and I am here in Maracay, it was an incredible day, since we did a lot of dynamic combinations and then we started to execute different statics.
