When it's grilled, everything is grilled.

The barbecue idea came suddenly and how much that idea can be bad?
It can not, especially if you have a chance to refresh your childhood favourite treat.

Whole baked potatoes under the grill, as they are still young this way of preparing will put out all the flavours in one bite.

Pinch of salt and that's it!

My dad always did it this way, my hands were always burned as I couldn't wait for the potatoes to cool down. During the winter this is a real deal meal, also any kind of potato can be used. All you have to do is wash them (do not peel the skin) and bury term deeply into incandescent wood.

Actually, the idea was just to grill the sausages, and then we came up with zucchinis and bell peppers, freshly picked up from the garden, right there behind the smoke.

Slightly oiled and salted, this way they stay creamy and cooked inside, lightly smoked and crunchy outside.
Cut the thicker rings, and keep them moist. The sausages weren't greasy, a few sweeps with an oily brush from time to time will make them crack!

Time to take a sneak peek at that potato!
Yummy scorched, adding up some dry twigs on the top.

Barbecue without onion is a sin!
Serving one without the other should be strictly prohibited, roughly cut also counts but for best result, finely chopped is recommended.
Bell peppers are steady and ready, waiting for their turn.

The second opinion, whole or half grilled!?
The fire has already died down, therefore the faster way to get them done was half split, but when they are whole all the juices stay inside adding some dry spices, maybe a few pieces of garlic, a bit of oil and voila!

Tasty summer salad, side dish name it as you wish.

A symphony of aromas and tastes remains under the lid until serving.

If you wondered what potatoes look like?

Totally unattractive to an eye, but let's not jump to conclusions let them chill on the side or if you are fireproof, dig in!

All of this turned out as a full grill meal, bread also ended up on the grid.
Smoked crunchy zwieback? Oh yes!

Yellowish organic mashed potato, I promise you would eat up every crumb of it.
The crust is burned, if you are professional enough not to burn it, also can be edible baked like this.

Hopefully at least one of you started to drool while scrolling, I will roll myself out, the only thing I am capable of now. 馃槀

Bon appetite!
