Hello hivers! Pleasant day to all.
This papaya trees we're planted by my father eight months ago. Papaya is our go to do fruit. And it can grow everywhere as long as the soil is healthy. But we planted this with another reason.

One of my twin toddler has constipated stomach. We are always at worry everytime he wanted to poop because it is always hard. I do bring him to the doctors. They gave him medicine's and alternative but then it is still the same way. He cries hard everytime. And saying it hurts mama. And those words hit me hard. I search online on how or aleast learn some other way to make him feel better. And i read that papaya fruit has so much benefits.

That it is rich in vitamins, fiber and it improved digestions and so on, that was the google says. So it came across my mind to let my son eat ripe papaya every other day to let him to improved his digestions.
At first i would buy two to three papaya's at our local market. If you are dawdle why i buy up to three papaya's well i have three sons to be exact and living with my father and mother also so we'll share those papaya's. It is always my father whose has farming mind speaks that instead of the cost buying from the market why would well just plant those seeds from the recent one we bought. And with that he planted the seeds months ago and the the papaya trees now are this big.

And with that now we can harvest a papaya everytime. We also eat unriped papaya's by cooking them in a traditional way. Here in our province we can enjoy unriped papaya's by making atchara or pickled green papaya. And cook it like vegetables. We can cook it in ginisang papaya, ginataang papaya. We can also add the green papaya to a filipino dish called chicken tinola. By the way i am a proud filipino here.

The papaya we planted had green skin on the outside but delicious taste on the inside. And oh to continue well the papaya help my son. There were some day's hell get constipated again but not all the time. And also i introduce other fruits to him that may help his stomach digests easier.
And if you have some idea also wouldn't you mind sharing it with me?

That's all for today. See you again.
Thanks for droppin by.
