There is a custom in Russia to paint windows on New Year's Eve with New Year's themes.
Usually this is done with toothpaste and a brush, imitating frosty patterns. Then it's just washed away-until the next New Year.
I'm not sure if there is such a tradition anywhere else. I, at least, haven't seen it anywhere else.
Today I was walking around the city and decided to make a picture of paintings on the windows of stores and restaurants.
And I'm ready to share them with you.
