Today was a really busy day. Set my alarm for 6 a.m. Got up,.took the dog out, and had a cup of tea. Then my wife, Hawthorne, and I got in the van and went to the Kerens Cotton Harvest Festival to set up a booth.
I sell books and Theresa sells children's clothing she hand sews.
The first thing we did was set up the booth. When we weren't talking to customers, one of us was walking around, usually with Hawthorne. I walked a block over to get a bag of ice for our cooler and took Hawthorne for a walk. Theresa got us breakfast and lunch.
I also took some time to play with Hawthorne. I think he got wore out.
After lunch, Theresa brought me an ice cream cone. I shared with Hawthorne.
After the show, we came home and unloaded the van. Then we went into town to do laundry. Afterward, we went to my parents' house and played cards with Mom and Dad.
All in all, it was a good day and I registered more than 12,000 activity points.
