Ingredients :
For the cupcakes:
60 gr unsalted butter
100 gr of caster sugar
1 egg
100 gr of plain flour
20 gr of cocoa powder
0.5 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
75 ml of milk
40 ml of warm water
40 ml of vodka
Fresh strawberries to decorate ( optional)
For the strawberry filling :
2 tbsp strawberry jam
40 ml of vodka ( add more vodka if you want)
For the chocolate icing:
60g unsalted butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
125 gr icing sugar
1 tsp milk
1 tsp. vanilla essence
