we work hard all day we study we face challenges and we think our success depends on our waking efforts. But what if I told you your brain learns and changes more while sleeping than when you're awake Research shows that while you sleep your brain processes the day discards unnecessary info, and creates new neural connections that's neuroplasticity. Your subconscious is wide open and if you're not using this time right you're missing out on massive growth. Today I'll share a simple way to bring big change to your life in just 5 minutes before sleep.
Our story starts exactly five minutes before sleep. When we feel anger fear or sadness all day these emotions linger in our minds like emotional residue. If you watch bad news have a nasty argument or scroll through your phone seeing negative stuff before bed you're feeding your brain toxic data to process all night. While you're deep asleep your brain works most on this last data strengthening those fears or anger. You're literally reprogramming your failures while sleeping.
Have you ever noticed If you sleep after bad news your morning mood's gonna be the same. Time to flip it. Here's your 3-step night programming routine 5 minutes before sleep.
Second step Grab any thought running in your head. Like I'll fail tomorrow. Replace it with a strong command I will crush it tomorrow I'm in control. Take full control with one powerful believable command.
Third step Sixty second visualization. Close your eyes play a short film of your biggest goal. See yourself succeeding feel it see the colors hear the sounds. Your brain works on this image all night finds ways and gets you moving. End with calmness or guided affirmations nothing stressful.
If you work hard all day but feed yourself negative data at night you'll be stuck. You'll never achieve lasting success.
