Ejercicios para mejorar tu front lever 馃挭馃徏 | [SPA馃嚮馃嚜] [ENG馃嚭馃嚥] |
Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you a series of exercises that will help you improve your front lever, specifically the posture, as we forget a lot to train the scapular retraction and some do not know that having strength there and train it will give you much better posture in your front lever, plus it will help you when you start in more advanced movements such as touch, pull ups, victorian, one arm, so I want to share some exercises that I performed as complementary to improve this retraction strength. I would recommend doing one or two of these exercises at the end of the front routine to complement the routine and make it even more complete. While we can work this retraction in exercises such as pull-ups or their variations, we do not do it directly to help us in elements such as front lever, and therefore some people fail to improve posture or find it difficult to maintain retraction when performing this element. As an example, for those who train plank, know how important it is to train the hollow for the posture of this element, so the retraction, is the same, should also be trained, to also have a proper posture and also avoid injury from poor execution of the front lever 馃挭馃徏.

HIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL. RONDA #2 SEMANA #20. [AS脥]. (CANCI脫N ORIGINAL) BY @ronymaffi
Hello how are you hive family, I hope and wish that everyone is well. To start this publication, I begin by apologizing to everyone for being so absent, but I tell you that the internet connection problem is quite strong. Apparently it is not a local problem but a state one. I work with data from my device and it is very difficult to connect from where I am. At this moment I am writing this writing thanks to a friend who allowed me to connect to his Wi-Fi; I am grateful to him. In some intermittent spaces on the internet I have been able to see and comment on some of the presentations of the artists who give their best at the festival. I really regret not being able to participate with the constancy with which I did. Oh well!! It no longer depends on me, I hope that the telephone company resolves soon.

Actually this day I went to the park with the intention of training alone but when I arrived the guys had already arrived, I was surprised that they went to the park that day since they train mostly in the park of the San Fernando statue.

Para superar los L铆mites hay que Entrenar al L铆mite馃挮 | [ESP馃嚮馃嚜/ENG馃嚭馃嚥] |
These combinations are good to do at the end of the training to strengthen the muscles involved that we use in the static ones, always remember to give each movement a good execution to get the most out of the training, also take into account the rest between exercises that were performed between 3 to 4 minutes per rest and I advise breathing at all times so as not to tire ourselves in training, I hope they can achieve it and can teach it to their training partners. I wish them the best possible encouragement and luck and that they can push their limits as much as I try every day.

The Singing Voice Week 56 || Speak by Lloyiso || Cover by @cleevesh [ENG/ESP]
Today I will be doing a song called 鈥漇peak by Llyiso a south African rising star. This song talks about unrequited love, there are times we love someone and we as well think they love us back but they tend to show some signs that make one feel confused about how the other person views them. The instrumental was done by my brother who is also a bassist, I hope y鈥檃ll enjoy it.

Esta rutina te ayudara a desarrollar piernas grandes y fuertes [ESP馃嚮馃嚜/ENG馃嚭馃嚫]
Greetings to all the #hivers and my colleagues in the #swc community. This time I will share with you a routine to strengthen the muscles of the lower body. This routine is at the ADVANCED level since only Athletes or people with high performance can complete it. The routine starts with a 6 minute EMON that I personally use to warm up. The EMON () consists of performing a certain number of repetitions of some exercise in less than 1 minute, what we have left over from that minute will be our rest and we will continue repeating it for 6 minutes. It is something intense, but it will help us develop our cardiovascular capacity and therefore we will gain much more resistance when training. It should be noted that if we are not used to this type of training, it is likely that we will feel dizzy due to lack of oxygen. What I would recommend would be to start with less time and go up. Applying this methodology will increase your performance. Without further ado, let's go with the family routine, I hope you like it.

Entrenamiento de Ayuda Progresiva para tu Front Lever 馃馃徏馃敟馃馃徏 [ESP|ENG]
For the training that I share with you today, I bring you a routine made up of a total of 4 exercises; 1 of them is basic and 3 are for the direct progress of the static. But what I really want you to learn through the explanation that I will be leaving you in the exercises, is to know how to train with a double function for a greater progress of the static "Front Lever". Stay tuned for more information.
