Before watching the video I brought with me, I must tell you that the church is called "Dios es Fiel" (God is Faithful) and has been serving God and the people of Pasteur for more than thirty (30) years. The pastor in charge is called Pedro Bastida, this is my namesake (Venezuelan) and thanks to the fact that I have known him for many years with his wife was that we could get to this wonderful place.

Anyways, I hope you are all having a great week! If anyone has some experience with tendonitis or how to heal it then I would appreciate some advice! I tried to rest in the past, but couldn't keep myself away from the guitar for more than a few days! That did not help... but I then went about 3-4 weeks of no playing at all and then back into some real light playing. To be honest, it hasn't healed :/

This week, we have a beautiful theme "Nothing is impossible" I forgot the theme while recording and said impossible is nothing but they probably mean the same.

Sorry I couldn't make it to last week's prompt, I had a lot of things to take care off and my health wasn't that great but I'm back now. For this week's nothing is impossible, I decided to do a song by Shawn Mendes titled "Hold on". I interpreted this week's prompt as not giving up. Sometimes we forget how much perseverance can help us accomplish. most of us give up at the first sight of failure. Success most times never comes easy We just have to hold on and never forget that nothing is impossible. In the song, he talks about how his father is asking him to hold on just a little longer. I know you'll understand more when you see the lyrics but im hoping you enjoy listening to this as much as I enjoying creating it

Hello and welcome to this routine that I title as Extreme Cardio, the main reason is to perform the various exercises that I am about to show in a constant manner of 2 and even 3 series of the same exercise, performed more than 5 times.

Greetings friends of the community, In this day I come to bring you a very inteso circuit of cardio and legs, In this case we will be working 2 in 1 and while we do the leg exercises we do cardio as the exercises are very explosive and continuous, In order to gain more resistance when doing any sporting activity. I do this circuit once a week and the truth is that it has helped me to stay firm. The most important thing is that, before doing this circuit try to be in very good physical condition. Drink a lot of water after this.😎 ... let's go!🏃💪
