Happy day full sport community, I have the pleasure to share once again a new video exercising my body; this time I worked my lower body with just my body weight, the movements focus on toning the quadriceps area and my glutes, my training was kept in 4 sets of 20 repetitions, the movements that required the 2 legs followed the same procedure of the same repetitions; always leaving a rest time of 10 seconds between exercises; I invite you to follow my video I hope you like it dear community without adding more let's start.

For this week I have chosen to present a song by Nigerian spot light comedian know as Carter Efe who is known for his fanatic love for wizkid (one of Nigeria and Africa's renowned artists) In this song, Carter expresses his desire to adopt wizkids comportement with women since women seem to flock around him despite the fact that he doesn't really care about them or go crazy about them. In the song, he designated Wizkid with his popular Nickname 'Machalla'. Hence one could hear Machala echoed almost all through the song.

I have been conceiving this transformation process as the basis for achieving better health, so that I can lead a healthier life and thus obtain a continuous learning process that allows me to achieve self-determination. As such, I feel that I am now much more aware of eating in moderation and how eating chocolates on a daily basis affects my body.
