I have not uploaded any video last week because I was caught up by work and graduate school requirements. I continued to train though, but I was not uploading any training video.

Today, I am uploading a video of a pole duo routine my friend Love practiced. It was a very short routine but we had fun creating it. I used to be so scared to doing double in pole before because I am afraid to hurt my partner and I didnt trust my strength that much before. This time however, I felt much more stronger and was able to practice over and over again. Practicing doing things you are unsure about really does build confidence
