Hello my dear friends of @/beeonthestage for me is a joy to be back with two voice imitations which will be of my favorite villain Mr. Gru and my friend SpongeBob hahaha (laughs). This is still a great joy for me because it gives me great satisfaction to bring a huge smile to all of you.

We are back with a super powerful routine, where we go to intense work of shoulders, biceps, and chest, all in one package, of course keeping tension at the core and legs, as an anchor zone to effectively execute the movements in the upper body. Let's all go straight into action to develop and strengthen the muscles involved. Be stronger, and activate all your resistance levels, we are unstoppable, do not leave it to the last minute. The song we selected was Mi Princesa by the Chilean group Gondwana. This song is part of the album Crece from 2004. Why a song by Gondwana? Easy, it is one of the most influential Spanish reggae groups of the genre and really as a reggae lover and fan I could not miss one of the most emblematic songs performed by Kingo (member at that time).

If you have a specific activity which you enjoy and like to do frequently, either professionally or amateur, then you may remember when was the first time you did it, I think it is always nice to remember that moment. Normally you see me on this platform playing the guitar, I'm really an apprentice or amateur, personally I think I'm not good at playing it, and that's because I didn't study music, so obviously you can't expect much from me.

Hello my dear friends @/Geekzone, technology lovers wishing you are super well, today I want to share with you an application that I saw through a Twitter advertisement and called my attention and so I downloaded it on my phone and when I saw it I wanted to make a short video showing my experience. I hope you see the video but I still leave a summary here.

I chose the song Azul by Mexican singer Cristian Castro, which belongs to the album of the same name and was released in 2001 as his first single. I chose this song because without a doubt it talks about love and the best way to be free and to express ourselves is through the wonderful gift of love, this song tells us how he finds his soul mate, his first kiss and everything that awaits them together and shouts to the world in a free way how beautiful it is to be with the one you love.

The editing is a process that took me about 25 minutes of post-production, but I delayed that time because I had previously imagined how the scene was going to look and that allowed me to go straight to what I wanted to show visually.

Our podcast in its chapter number 2, dresses up as we have the presence of a world-class Venezuelan soccer player. Just as you read it, because we are all going to enjoy a pleasant and emotional interview with the brother Carlos Alfredo Salazar Cumana, who has had, and has, an anthology professional career. I have great affection for this song. Because it is very easy to say "everything will be fine" when we are not in the middle of a difficult situation; but to say that "everything will be fine" when life shakes us like a palm tree in the middle of an avalanche, that is really complicated, and it is at that moment when fear attacks, the same moment in which we have to cling to something.
