Hoy quiero contarte un poco sobre mi día de ayer, y es comencé nuevamente mi búsqueda de nuevas ofertas laborales para ejercer mi profesión. El comenzar una nueva etapa, siempre es estresante abrumante y excitante a la vez por la sensación de la incertidumbre y lo desconocido de lo que pueda pasar, pero también puede ser una oportunidad para crecer y aprender.
La búsqueda de empleo requiere de una planificación y organización adecuada. Es importante investigar sobre las empresas / instituciones sobre sus beneficios y contras, los puestos de trabajo que se desean o están disponibles.
Es sumamente importante preparar un currículum y una carta de presentación adecuada, hay que practicar un poco de oratoria y el como hablar para la entrevista. En mi caso cada vez que voy a una presentación o entrevista siempre trato de imaginar las posibles preguntas para estar un poco preparado a la hora de responder.

First, the job search requires proper planning and organization. It is important to research companies / institutions about their benefits and drawbacks, the jobs you want or are available.
It is extremely important to prepare a resume and a proper cover letter, you have to practice a little bit of public speaking and how to speak for the interview. In my case every time I go to a presentation or interview I always try to imagine the possible questions to be a little prepared when answering.

En esta ocasión me dirigí al Hospital del seguro social UYAPAR, ubicado en Ciudad Guyana, Puerto Ordaz, Estado Bolívar, Venezuela. Un gran hospital inaugurado el 4 de Diciembre de 1980, consta de 5 pisos bajo la Administración del Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales (IVSS). El 2 de Febrero de 1981, comienza a prestar servicios médicos con atención de especialidades como Pediatría, Medicina Interna, cirugía, Ginecología, Anestesiología, entre otras más. Fuente
Pasé muchas horas y departamentos llevando mi curriculum, conocí varias personas hablando del porque quería trabajar en la institución, fue un sube baja de escaleras porque los ascensores estaban en mantenimiento. Pero doy gracias a todo el personal, porque la atención fue excelente, tuve también la oportunidad de conocer al jefe de Anestesiología que es el departamento/ servicio donde apliqué mi cargo.

I went through several hours and departments carrying my resume, I met several people talking about why I wanted to work in the institution, it was a stairs up and down because the elevators were under maintenance. But I thank all the staff, because the attention was excellent, I also had the opportunity to meet the head of Anesthesiology which is the department / service where I applied my position.

Al finalizar todo el gran protocolo del hospital me fui con @Yoselyn a tomarnos un rico Nestea para el calor que estaba haciendo en ese momento y así pasar la adrenalina de firmar muchos papeles y hablar con diferentes personas entre ellas licenciadas de recursos humanos y médicos encargados de atender el nuevo personal.
At the end of all the great protocol of the hospital I went with @Yoselyn to drink a delicious Nestea for the heat that was doing at that time and thus pass the adrenaline of signing many papers and talk to different people including human resources graduates and doctors in charge of attending the new staff.
Finalmente, la búsqueda de empleo puede ser una oportunidad para aprender sobre uno mismo y adquirir nuevas habilidades y pasiones que se desconocían, tambien para conocer nuevas personas y aprender de su experiencia y conocimientos.
Es importante mantener una actitud positiva, ser perseverante y estar abierto a nuevas posibilidades. Al hacerlo, se pueden encontrar metas emocionantes que pueden conducir a un futuro exitoso.
