Just a few more pictures of mountain fog... or clouds, which are essentially the same thing (in physical terms). This came to mind as a gentle follow-up to my previous post, reminding me of Zagorochoria, my favorite region in Epirus, Greece.
More precisely, Lake Aoos, which we visited early one morning.
It wasn’t a thick fog over the lake, more like a soft veil, but it still felt wonderfully peaceful and rustic. When you’ve spent a long time in big cities, moments like these leave a deep impression and stay with you for life.
Not to mention the pelican (!) I could barely make out through the haze above the water with my 300mm lens.
