Storm V

¡Feliz inicio de semana! Estaba revisando mis dibujos y me di cuenta que este en especifico que hice hace un mes aún no se los había mostrado, forma parte de una colección que hice el mes pasado inspirado en una paleta de colores algo diferente, buscando representar el alma y todo aquello que nos guardamos dentro, esta colección es de 5 piezas, siendo esta la ultima (por ahora). Casi todas las piezas que hice eran retratos pero se veía mas partes del cuerpo, para esta ocasión quise solo reflejar un rostro y créanme que fue bastante difícil dibujar un rostro de cerca con estos colores, al menos para lo fue, como he dicho anteriormente me cuesta muchísimo trabajar con colores diferentes a los que suelo usar que normalmente son tonos mas realistas, pero estoy muy feliz de haber creado esto y poder explorar mas ese otro lado.

Happy start of the week! I was reviewing my drawings and I realized that this specific one that I did a month ago had not been shown to them yet, it is part of a collection that I made last month inspired by a slightly different color palette, seeking to represent the soul and all that that we keep inside, this collection is 5 pieces, this being the last (for now).
Almost all the pieces I did were portraits but you could see more parts of the body, for this occasion I just wanted to reflect a face and believe me it was quite difficult to draw a face up close with these colors, at least for what it was, as I said before. It is very difficult to work with different colors than the ones I usually use, which are normally more realistic tones, but I am very happy to have created this and to be able to explore that other side more.

Hice el boceto de un retrato bastante cerca, rellene con los colores que use en las otras obras, en esta oportunidad la parte que quería resaltar con rojo eran sus ojos, su cabello sería negro siguiendo el patrón de las obras anteriores, empecé a darle forma a cada rasgo de su rostro y poco a poco todo tenia mas forma.

I made the sketch of a portrait quite close, filled it with the colors that I used in the other works, this time the part that I wanted to highlight with red were his eyes, his hair would be black following the pattern of the previous works, he began to shape it to each feature of his face and little by little everything had more shape.

Como en todas las obras trabaje el fondo inspirándome en nubes, también me pareció muy lindo dibujar las siluetas de unas mariposas que hicieran juego con el color de sus ojos, finalmente aplique ajustes de color para una tonalidad un poco mas opaca y azul, aplique muchos brillitos en algunas zonas específicas de su rostro.

As in all the works I worked on the background inspired by clouds, I also thought it was very nice to draw the silhouettes of some butterflies that matched the color of their eyes, finally I applied color adjustments for a slightly more opaque and blue tone, I applied many glitter in some specific areas of her face.

Probablemente este no sea mi dibujo favorito de esta colección, quizás porque fue bastante difícil hacer este retrato y manejar “bien” los colores, espero que les haya gustado.

This is probably not my favorite drawing of this collection, perhaps because it was quite difficult to make this portrait and manage the colors "well", I hope you liked it.
