This is my breakfast. It is so accepted that oatmeal is a standard breakfast for many residents of our country. It is very tasty, high-calorie, enriches the body with fiber. Carbohydrates in oatmeal are "slow" so it gives energy for a long time, which is necessary for a trader :)
