Hace muy poco recibí de regalo estos fantásticos lapiceros de gel Paper Mate Ink Joy 0.7. Para mi frustración, no estoy adaptada al uso de ellos, ni al uso de creyones. Entonces decidí retarme a usarlos haciendo lo que más disfruto: retratos y figuras humanas. Sin embargo, empezar con retratos puede no ser la mejor idea. Parto desde la premisa de que si me gusta buscaré la manera de hacerlo bien. Así nació esta hermosa mujer. Utilicé un creyon PRISMACOLOR PREMIER Crimson red/Rouge Cramoisi PC924, y resalté los detalles de mayor intensidad con Paper Mate Ink Joy Gel 0.7.
Aunque es una imagen monocromática, me gusta la intensidad que el color le aporta.

Very recently I received these fantastic Paper Mate gel pens as a gift. To my frustration, I am not adapted to their use, nor to the color pencil. Then, I decided to challenge myself to use them doing what I enjoy the most: portraits and human figures. However, starting with portraits may not be the best idea. I started from the premise that if I like it I will find for ways to do it right. Thus was born this beautiful woman. I used a color pencil PRISMACOLOR PREMIER Crimson red / Rouge Cramoisi PC924, and highlighted the details of greater intensity with Paper Mate Ink Joy Gel 0.7.
Although it is a monochrome image, I like the intensity that color brings.
