Que tal si me acompañan a preparar este delicioso Jugo Alegría, si así lo llame porque son frutas tropicales que para mi invocan a sabor, baile, y se consiguen en toda Latinoamérica, además que son todos de colores vivos como el Amarillo, que es vibrante y símbolo de riqueza. En nuestro caso extraeremos de ellos muchas vitaminas, minerales y fibras buenas para nuestro sistema inmune.

Los maravillosos frutos amarillos que nos darán esta explosión de sabor y alegría son:
- 250 gramos de Piña 🍍
- 2 mangos 🥭
- 1 Maracuyá 🍊
- 5 gotas de Vainilla
The wonderful yellow fruits that will give us this explosion of flavor and joy are:
- 250 grams of Pineapple 🍍
- 2 mangoes 🥭
- 1 Passion fruit 🍊
- 5 drops of vanilla
Comenzamos por lavar los mangos, para quitar la cascara amigos y porcionarlos en pedazos pequeños.
Obviamente que no iba a perder la oportunidad de chuparme la pepa jeje.
¿Quién de ustedes no se chupa la pepa de Mango?
Estaba exquisita jeje, dulce.
We start by washing the mangoes, to remove the peel friends and portion them into small pieces.

Lave y corte la maracuyá, reserve junto a el mango.
Wash and cut the passion fruit, reserve next to the mango.
Continuamos sacando la piña (Yo la compre ya lista, es decir sin su cascara), la lavamos y cortamos en cubo pequeños amigos.
We continue taking out the pineapple (I bought it ready, that is, without its peel), we wash it and cut it into cubes, little friends.
Finalizamos colocando 250ml de agua en la licuadora ,posteriormente la piña en cubos y batimos por 3 minutos.
- Luego agregaremos el mango, la maracuyá y la vainilla amigos para procesar todo por 5 minutos. Al estar listo el jugo lo pasamos por un colador para quitar las semillas de la maracuyá.
We finish by placing 250ml of water in the blender, then the pineapple in cubes and blend for 3 minutes.
- Then we will add the mango, passion fruit and vanilla friends to process everything for 5 minutes. When the juice is ready, we pass it through a strainer to remove the passion fruit seeds.

Exquisita esta bebida amigos, este jugo m fascino quedo como me gusta espeso, cremoso y de un bello color, a mi gusto no necesito añadir azúcar, los mangos la piña estaban bien maduros contenían buena azúcar ya, además sus sabores contrastaban muy bien la vainilla también le daba ese aroma sutil y fue una gran explosión de sabores que refrescaron mi paladar y le dieron la alegría que necesitaba a mi tarde.
This drink is exquisite, friends. I loved this juice. It turned out the way I like it, thick, creamy and with a beautiful color. To my taste, I don't need to add sugar. The mangoes and pineapple were very ripe. They already contained good sugar. In addition, their flavors contrasted the vanilla very well. It also gave it that subtle aroma and was a great explosion of flavors that refreshed my palate and gave the joy I needed to my afternoon.
