Doctors in Canada are protesting against raising their wages, which they see as too high for the government. More than 500 doctors and doctors have signed a petition that says their conscience can not accept an increase in their salary while the conditions of other health workers, such as nurses, have not improved.
They called for the increase in wages to be attributed to the health system and its exploitation to enhance health services for citizens and meet the needs of patients.
