One day, a rich man was walking in the city, boasting of his wealth, expensive clothes and exquisite jewelry. As he passed, a poor man came hurrying in front of him, carrying a pack of firewood on his back and shouting with his loud voice.
But the rich man wanted to harass him deliberately and stopped in a way and did not meet the poor farmer's appeal, the poor peasant collided with him and torn the rich man's dress, so he became angry and went to the judge to complain to him.
The judge asked the poor man: Why did not you let the way? The poor man did not answer the judge's anger and said to the rich: How can you prosecute someone who does not speak and asks him to alert you to make way?
The rich man said, "No, sir, Judge, that he is speaking; he would have cried out in the highest voice, and let the way be opened."
The judge said: If you deserve punishment for what you claimed to this poor, because you who did not give way to him and you have recognized yourself.
