A good day to all !
The point of this post, and the collective challenge, is to take at least one picture a day based on a visual theme, as a way to learn photography. Each day's theme is as follows;
Monday - Repetition
Tuesday - Scale/size
Wednesday - Texture
Thursday - Contrast
Friday - Harmony
Saturday -funday !
Sunday - Line/direction
Today's theme is funday, wow I couldn't come up with anything better XD. So I ventured outside and ended up taking photos of patterns.
This first image is my favourite, the seat makes s strong focal point due to its contrast in colour and form in compassion to its surroundings. I probably could have messed around with framing the seats negative space to create a emphasise the pattern.
The following images didn't come out too well though I like the concept behind them.
I attempted to emphasise on the layers of patterns, the perspective and the texture of the outdoor furniture.
As an overall reflection i could have played around with the framing and emphasis on negative space; perhaps by taking the focal point to the negative space?
