On the 26th, a customer came to my shop. About two or three months earlier, he had left a mobile phone with me for repair. After those two or three months, he came back on the 26th and said, “Brother, I had given you a mobile for repair.” He also showed me the receipt we had given him at the time.
The total repair cost was 7,500 rupees, which he had to pay. Apart from that, he needed some extra money for his personal expenses, so he made a transaction of 15,850 rupees into my account. Out of this amount, 7,500 rupees was for the mobile repair, and I gave him the remaining amount in cash for his expenses.
The real problem started from here.
The account into which he had transferred the money was actually in my wife’s name, and that account had already been blocked for the previous three days. There was also around 70,000 to 80,000 rupees already in that account, so I had not paid much attention to it.
I tried opening the account once or twice, but it asked for an OTP. The SIM receiving the OTP was being used at home, so I thought I would go home and open the account there. However, because of my busy routine, I kept forgetting to do it, and the account remained blocked.
Yesterday, when I wanted to sort out all my accounts and payments, I specially went home to deal with this issue. That was when I found out that the account had actually been blocked.
I then called the helpline, and they told me that the account had been temporarily blocked because of a specific incoming transaction.
To restore the account, they required the customer’s CNIC or other details.
Unfortunately, I had no proof or information about the customer apart from the CCTV footage from my shop.
When I investigated further and asked about the place where he had previously worked at a factory, I found out something very disturbing. Apparently, he was involved in fraud and had caused losses to several other people in the area. He had allegedly taken money from some people, stolen gold from others, and even taken mobile phones from some people.
Because of the blocked account and this entire situation, I remained under a lot of mental stress and worry throughout the day.
A person can try his best to reassure himself, but there is still a feeling of uneasiness in the heart. Alhamdulillah, however, I continued with my routine work because life does not stop.
In the evening, I found some peace by reciting the Holy Quran after Asr prayer. It brought a lot of comfort and peace to my heart.
Later, after closing the shop, some friends took me out for food. Instead of having pizza,
we had chaat and spent some good time talking and laughing together.
I pray to Allah Almighty to protect all of us from the harm of such deceitful and dishonest people, protect our wealth and sustenance, and save us from such unexpected difficulties and worries.

اس کے علاوہ اس نے کچھ رقم اپنے خرچے کے لیے نکلوائی اور میرے اکاؤنٹ میں 15850 روپے کی ٹرانزیکشن کی ـ
جس میں سے 7500 روپے اس کے موبائل پیرنگ کے تھے اور بقایہ اس نے کیش لیا مجھ سے اپنے خرچے کے لیے ـ
اصل مسئلہ یہاں سے شروع ہوا ـ
جس اکاؤنٹ میں اس نے وہ ٹرانزیکشن کی تھی وہ دراصل میری بیوی کے نام پر تھا ـ
اور وہ اکاؤنٹ پچھلے تین دن سے بلاک ہو چکا تھا ـ
کیونکہ اس اکاؤنٹ میں پہلے سے بھی کچھ رقم (تقریبا70 سے 80 ہزار روپے) پڑی ہوئی تھی-
اس لیے میں نے زیادہ دھیان نہیں دیا ـ اکاؤنٹ ایک دو بار کوشش کیا اوپن کرنے کی تو وہ اگے سے او ٹی پی مانگتا، جو کہ وہ سم گھر کے یوز میں تھی، میں نے کہا چلو گھر جا کے ہی اس کو اوپن کر لوں گا ـ
لیکن مصروفیات کی وجہ سے میرے گھر جا کے یاد نہ رہتا تو وہ اوپن بھی نہ ہوا ـ
جو کہ میں نے کل اپنا سارا حساب کتاب اوکے کرنا تھا ـ
تو کل میں اسپیشل اس کے لیے گھر گیا اس کو اوپن کرنے کے لیے ـ
تو بعد میں پتہ چلا کہ میرا اکاؤنٹ ہی بلاک ہو چکا ہے ـ
اس کے بعد میں نے ہیلپ لائن پہ کال کی تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ وہ موصول ہونے والی مخصوص اماؤنٹ کی وجہ سے اکاؤنٹ ٹمپریری بلاک کر دیا گیا ہےـ
اور اس کو بحال کرنے کے لیے کسٹمر کا شناختی کارڈ یا دیگر تفصیلات درکار ہیں ـ
میرے پاس سوائے اس کسٹمر کے سی ایس سی ٹی وی فوٹیج کے اور کوئی ثبوت نہیں تھا ـ
جب میں نے اس کے بارے میں مزید معلومات کی جہاں وہ پہلے فیکٹری میں کام کرتا تھا،تو معلوم ہوا کہ وہ تو ایک فراڈ یا شخص تھا، جو یہاں کے کئی اور لوگوں کا بھی نقصان کر کے گیا تھا ــ
کسی کے پیسے چرا کر لے گیا، کسی کا سونا ،اور کسی کے موبائل چوری کر لے گیاـ
کل دن بھر اس اکاؤنٹ کے بلاک ہونے اور اس صورتحال کی وجہ سے کافی ذہنی دباؤ اور پریشانی رہی-
انسان لاکھ خود کو تسلی دے، لیکن دل میں ایک بے چینی سی رہتی ہے، تام الحمدللہ، میں نے روٹین کے کام جاری رکھے کیونکہ زندگی رکتی نہیں ـ
شام کے وقت سکون حاصل کرنے کے لیے عصر کے بعد قران پاک کی تلاوت کی جسے دل کو بہت اطمینان ملا ـ پھر دکان بند کرنے کے بعد دوست باہر کھانے کے لیے لے گئے ـ
ہم نے باہر جا کر پیزا کھانے کے بجائے کریم چاٹ کھائی اور دوستوں کے ساتھ گپ شپ میں کافی اچھا وقت گزر گیا ـ
ان لمحوں نے دن بھر کی تمام ٹینشن کو کافی حد تک ہلکا کر دیا ـ
اللہ تعالی سے دعا ہے کہ وہ ہم سب کو ایسے مکار اور دھوکے باز لوگوں کے شر سے محفوظ رکھے،ہمارے رزق اور مال کی حفاظت فرمائے اور ہمیں اس طرح کی ناگہانی پریشانیوں سے ہمیشہ بچائےـ امین!
