I hardly ever, and even then, only if there is something fascinating, take photos of flowers. However, while having a leisurely afternoon walk around the countryside, for some reason, my eyes unexpectedly landed on this weed bloom. I picked two flowers and attempted to take close-up photos; they came out reasonably nicely, and I even considered including them in a frame if it was high resolution. Regarding the flower's name, I'm sure it's Volkameria inermis or the glory bower. So, for the daily #monomad challenge, I decided to feature the glory bower in black and white.
