When I stay long outside of our home, I miss our dish towels a lot. This time I didn't forget to bring them :) They absorbs water perfectly and don't leave small fibers on dish. I see the difference between other dish towels especially when I dry glasses.
ふきんは長期滞在の度に持ってくればよかったと思うもののひとつで、今回は自宅からアルバニアに持ってきました。ひとふきできちんと吸水してお皿に繊維を残さず、ガラスのものを拭くと特に違いが出ます。快適です。
My biggest concern is that I don't know where to buy them. We got all as a gift. Some of them start having holes. I tried cheap ones few times but they didn't work. Those which cost 10-15 Euro look similar to ours. But I'm not brave enough to spend 10-15 Euros for a dish towel which I don't know it works well or not ...
ただ、我が家のエースのふきんたちはいずれももらいもので、全部ダメになってしまったらどこで買ったらよいのだろう。何度か安いものを買って見るも当たりはなく、1500円くらいするものが似ているような、でも当たりかわからないふきんに1500円はかなり勇気がいります。
They are definitely good as a souvenir when I go back to Japan too. I must ask where to buy ... few years past already since I started to thinking so.
日本のお土産にもよさそうだし、今度どこで買ったらよいか聞いてみようっと・・・と思いつつもう何年も経っています ;)
余談： 長期滞在といえば以前タイにいる時に「What to bring for a long stay 2 / 長期滞在の持ち物リスト 2」という投稿を書きました。いくつか足したいものがあって近々3を書きます :)
