I am taking a food business course since this fall. I overheard one of my classmates talking about a challenge called Veganuary hold every January and I thought about trying it next month.
I am a vegetarian, and when I am alone and Japanese food follows, I am vegan, but I sometimes eat meat and fish at invited occasions. In this month, I ate raw oysters for the first time in years, and this Christmas our family had meat and shrimps also after few years and enjoyed them 🙏
I feel like I've been a bit overindulged, and I look forward to trying Veganuary to get back on track in the first month of the new year and improve my veggie cooking skills. My posts on Hive Blog will be more about vegan cooking and food 😁
I recently came across a good book titled "Vegan Life in Paris" and I will try the recipes in the book. It is such a nice book that I would like to have the paper version too.
Will I be able to stay vegan for a month? I look forward to writing about how the challenge goes on the Hive Blog time by time.
