Energy is infinite and in all things it's neither created nor destroyed but simply transfered, it's neither positive nor negative but used in the way that pleased the holder.
To hate and to love are to release parts of the energy in a destructive or constructive manner, when you've intimate with someone a piece of the energy always stays with you because sex is a physical transfer energy and the other person literally become part of you.
