Rajsthan is a north western state of India bordering Pakistan.
It comprises hot, dry and inhospitable Thar Desert which is also known as the Great Indian Desert. You can see the vastness and dryness of this desert in these images.
This land is mostly dry but some canals are turning this land into a green landscape and giving impression of oasis in this barren land.
