Probably the only dry pastel painting that I ever attempted a few years ago. I still haven鈥檛 given any time to explore dry pastels. There was a phase when I was into oil pastels but that ended pretty quick. This was not my original art.
I think the main reason for never really being interested in them is probably the feel of the medium. I like mediums that are wet to the feel or at least have the creamy paint consistency. With dry pastels it's just too dry, chalky and not to forget, dusty. Nevertheless, I am happy that I tried it at least once! :)
