Hello friends!
The day was really busy.
In the morning since I didn't have work I went out for a jog, to enjoy a bit of the environment near my house and to keep myself in good physical condition! Every day I get a good workout but I feel that when I do it alone and jog and push myself more I have a better performance.
In the afternoon I went downtown to run some errands and went by the boardwalk to see that there was a little activity, it is always my favorite place when I go there.
