IAAC #72 I thought I found out what was the problem with my pc but oh man I was wrong

I am having a very bad time recently as some of you might know my pc stopped working yesterday so I opened it and I thought I have gotten to the problem which was my pc power supply was not working when I unplugged all connectors that were connected to pc I shortcircuit green and any black wire on 24 wire connector and by doing so power supply fan was supposed to spin but it didn't so I thought I was power supply fault.
so in the morning, I bought a new power supply which cost me around 9$ the power supply was not new but an old branded one.
after that I checked it but still, my pc didn't work so I'm bringing it to the pc repair shop now let see what's going to happen with it
