Isaw is a Filipino famous street food! Isaw refers to either pig or chicken intestines that is grilled over hot fire. It is much better when seasoned with vinegar. The contrast between the smoky grilled isaw with vinegar is extraordinarily pleasurable. But it always depends on your way of tasting. It is always present as “pulutan” and this dish is undoubtedly addicting.
