Losing the ability to lie will help build stronger trust with others and ensure honest and open communication.
Lying can damage other people's trust in us. If people find out that we have lied, they may be skeptical and reluctant to believe us in the future
Lying can also damage relationships with those closest to you, including family, friends or partners. When trust is lost, relationships can become fractured and difficult to repair.
Keeping a lie takes a lot of effort and stress. The fear of being found out and holding on to a fake story can increase your stress level and mental stress. so I prefer to lose the ability to lie. Lying can also cause us to feel guilty and feel we have lost our integrity. This can take a toll on your mental health and reduce your sense of self-worth.
If people know that we lie often, they may distance themselves from us, causing social isolation and solitude. and the effects of loneliness will be very dangerous for us to live life at this time.
Because when we have lied before, it will be very difficult to build and also establish relationships with these people and also gain their trust is a very impossible thing.
Instead, I prefer to believe everything I say, because that can be a challenge because humans are imperfect and can be wrong or don't always have the right information.
However, in healthy interpersonal relationships, it is important to trust others as much as possible, especially if a solid foundation of trust has been built. It is also important to assume that the other person is speaking in good faith and honesty, unless there is evidence to the contrary. Trusting others helps create an environment of mutual understanding and support.
However, remaining critical and tactful is a good thing in the face of certain information or statements. Feel free to do further research or ask further questions if there is any doubt or ambiguity. Open and honest communication from all parties is the key to building a relationship based on mutual understanding and trust.
