God has provided everything for us, ‘To make things great and share with one another!’ Today, my dear steemians, I want to share to you today’s beautiful ‘Radish Caesar Salad with a hint of Smoked Turkey!’ Here’s how to do it:
Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
Kosher salt or any salt
4 table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil for a little hint of coconuty taste
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of anchovy paste
Coarse lay ground black pepper
4 ounces of smoked turkey, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 pound of radishes, preferably mix shapes and colors, scrubbed and trimmed
1 ounce shaved Parmesan
Procedure:
1. Bring to boil a small saucepan, put 4 eggs for 4 minutes only! Transfer to cold water to cool.
2. Finely chop garlic, and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt on garlic, mash into a paste, then . . .
3. Transfer into a large bowl and add White wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, oil and anchovies paste.
4. Whisk to a smooth consistency, then add salt and pepper to your taste.
5. Add radishes and smoked turkey to the dressing and toss until evenly coated. Add salt as desired. Divide among serving plates.
6. Peel the egg, cut in half, and put on top of each plate and add Parmesan and sprinkle pepper.
And wallah! Ready to enjoy!
