Hi my fellow steemians...
I was helping my sister tidying up her garage and came across this shoe box with a bit of a heavy feel to it.
Upon investigation, found this:
Sister said that it was old and battered but she couldn’t bring herself to throw it out as our late Mum had given it to her nearly 20 years ago and had a special sentimental value.
I had a bit of air drying clay from my last restoration project so I took it upon myself to repair it back to its normal glory.
And this is so far my progress...
Have re attached the right paw and fixed all chipped areas now I’m waiting for it to fully cure before I can re paint it.
So, keep an eye for my “finished product “ post in the next couple of weeks or so as I’ve to do a bit of research to find the right paint colors.
